Balloon Sculpture Contract & Request Form

An initial $100 Non-refundable retainer fee payment is made at consultation and would be credit to you if you decide to engage our services. (Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card or Zeller).

An event is ONLY considered "booked" after 80% payment is made 3 weeks before the event date and the balance of the 20% paid 1 week before the event.

Payments & Deposite: Your initial $100 Non-redundable retainer fee, paid at consultation is credited to you going forward.

If your event is booked for less than one week, you will be required to pay in FULL at the time of booking.

Failure to make deposit or payments by the due date or in a timely manner may result in the following:

1. Removal of any applicable discounts, special promotions, or complimentary services, etc. 2.The release of event date and time

3.Termination of the contract

 

Payments Accepted: Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card or Zelle.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If the weather or any situation prevents the balloon installation from taking place, you must notify us immediately to secure the new date.


Clients have the right to reschedule their installation at least 5 days prior to their event date without penalty.

Clients can also reschedule their event within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of Unforgettable Celebration without being charged a fee. If we are not available, the cancellation policy and fees will apply which is 50% of your deposit.

Reductions, additional, or changes cannot be made on orders after these terms & conditions have been signed. Color changes and any other additional changes will result in additional charges.

 

Rental: Client is responsible to confirm tear down time with the venue and inform us to ensure any rental item is not moved without our consent or to prevent closure of their premises earlier without prior notification.

 

The client accepts that s/he has received the product undamaged and is responsible for any damages and loss that may occur to the product. The clients cannot return product different from product delivered by Unforgettable Celebration.

 

The client is liable to pay for the repair or replacement of any damaged item rented.

 

Substitutions: All balloon products are subject to availability. Substitutions are sometimes necessary. We will attempt to contact you with information on substitutions. However, we reserve the right to make necessary changes without approval if deemed necessary to present our best and most creative work. We will take the utmost care to maintain style, theme, and color scheme while using balloons of great quality.

 

Delivery and Set-up: The set-up includes delivery and placement of balloon arrangements in a agreed event location (ex. hotel/home/church, etc.).

 

There would be an additional delivery and set-up cost if client requests balloon design somewhere outside the agreed event location (ex. hotel/home/church, etc.).

Venue: Rules and regulations of all event sites are the responsibility of the client. The client shall provide a copy of all pertinent rules to Unforgettable Celebration.

 

Outdoor Events: We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your décor will meets or exceeds your expectation. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, extreme heat, and other uncontrollable factors.

 

All outdoor performances must be conducted safely, and there must be an indoor rain contingency plan. In the event of cancellation without such a contingency, the client agrees to compensate Unforgettable Celebration with the full payment.

 

Helium Balloons outdoors: To get the best use out of Helium-filled designs, including bouquets/clusters, arches, centerpieces, etc., we strongly recommend that you use them for INDOOR ONLY. Unfortunately, their behavior and movement are very unpredictable, and they are likely to flop around in the wind, lose their form, or pop.

 

Photo Release: Client gives Unforgettable Celebration permission to use any pictures taken of the set-up unless otherwise agreed. Pictures from the client’s event will be used on different social media platforms and website for promotional and advertising purposes.

 

Unforgettable Celebration only recommends shaded areas for the balloons for outdoor events, especially during summertime. Balloons  exposed directly to sunlight from May to September will pop due to high temperatures.

 

Disclaimer: We use professional equipment and materials for all our decor designs. To limit your risk of damage, we recommend that all decor and items remain in the position and location they are placed and installed in. Please do not move, use, or place any decor design for indoor use, outdoors, or outside covered 4-wall framed structures.

Unforgettable Celebration reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time if we feel that the obligations stated in this contract cannot be met.
